1. Scope These terms govern the use of the Difaris software. The offer is directed EXCLUSIVELY at businesses.

2. Service Software as a service (SaaS) for running a jewelry online store with live gold pricing.

3. Trial The trial lasts 14 days and requires no payment details. No paid contract arises without an explicit order.

4. Prices and payment All prices are NET, excluding statutory VAT. Billing is monthly or yearly in advance.
